Before participating in any of our hunting excursions, all clients must sign a Liability Waiver acknowledging the inherent risks of hunting. This waiver releases Sonora Desert Hunt from liability for any accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur during your trip. Safety is our priority, and this waiver ensures all participants are fully aware of potential hazards.
2. Sustainability and Conservation
We are dedicated to sustainable and ethical hunting practices. Our policies include:

4. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation
To ensure smooth trip planning, please familiarize yourself with our booking and payment policies:
- Deposits & Payment Terms: A deposit is required at the time of booking, with full payment due prior to the start of the hunt.
- we can request the hunter to make direct payments to hunting clubs, ranch owners, brokers and others if is necessary.
- Cancellation Policy: No Refund of no type we only offer rescheduling the hunt
- No Refunds of no type for any reason.
- No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled trip without prior notice will be charged the full amount.
5. Permitting and Legal Compliance

- Applicable taxes of 14.975% above. (In order to calculate the total amount of your activity, take the cost of the activity and multiply it by 1.14975, so you will get the total cost.)
- Prices and all services are subject to change without notice.
- If, due to time imposed by the airline, the companies' first and last days were shortened by a late arrival or early departure, no refund can be made.

- Any request for waiver, modification or postponement by the customer will be considered a cancelation of the package and will incur cancelation charges provided above.
- Gun permits and hunting permits are outside of Sonora Desert Hunt control, That's a 3rd party responsibility which Sonora Desert Hunts helps the hunter but is not guarantee this can be done.
- Any type of incident with a 3rd party is not responsability of Sonora Desert Hunt like, land owners issues, local authoritys and border coustoms and any other type of agents.
- Any staff member can finish any service at any moment if he feels not good with the hunter.
- We do not guarantee any type of service.
- All hunts can be rolled over to the next or other season if indicated by the outfitter.
- Any airfare - airline (purchase of tickets) arrival and departure are not included on any package that Sonora desert hunt offers.
- Hunter cannot leave his city without a copy of your gun permit.
- We cannot guarantee the life of any species we offer under our hunts packages can be taken
- Hunters or any 3rd party (broker or any type of agent middle man) purchase these hunting packages knowing there are no refunds of no type.
- Hunters come and hunt under his full responsability.
- All type of permits control are outside of Sonora Desert Hunt jurisdiction, Sonora Desert Hunt makes sure landowners have all the complete permits for the hunt, including gun permits. In case any type of permit is not on time, Sonora Desert Hunt would accommodate the hunter on a different date or season will all permits are ready on time for the hunt.
- Sonora Desert Hunt staff members are not forced to follow any orders, misstreats, harassing, treats under any type of circumstance on any social media, be personal (face to face) by phone calls or any type of text message.
- The break of this policy by any individual client or not clients would make Sonora Desert Hunt terminate any type of deal (personal or business) with no refund and no service would be made without notice.
